MCET has introduced Choice Based Credit System from the academic year 2016-17 to all the UG programmes.
It provides opportunities to learn beyond the core courses for holistic development of an individual and provides students a scope to select courses either in the specialized area or in generalized area across several domains.
It allows students to pace the programme of study, based on learning capacity.
